Thanks joey for picking this up for me! Batch 2: Almost neon yellow, with mountainous white head. Smells like yeast, grass and flower stems. Very clean taste with an extra dry finish. Slight sweetness which is clearly raw honey that is followed by a citrus pucker sensation which flows through from your tongue to the back of your throat. One of the smoothest beers on the palate I have tasted yet become accustomed too when drinking HF. If I had one complaint and this is petty, but it may be slightly too earthy for me

Lightly hazy yellow with a small pale head. Aroma is windflowers, green olives, saison spice, mild funk. Medium-light bodied, slightly thin mouthfeel, soft on the palate with a long lightly floral finish. Taste is windflowers, mild green olives, clover honey, saison spice.

Sample at the Northeastern Brewery (VT) Tasting on 08/16/2015. Hazy bright yellow color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of lemons, floral honey and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, zesty citrus and malt. The finish is fruity with an underlying sweet honey aftertaste. Good beer overall.

750ml bottle from the brewery shared with Jo and Seb. Aroma: apples, white grapes, barnyard, floral. App: hazy straw with minimal white head. Taste and palate: medium body, vineous, woody, soft carbonation, dry long sour finish. Overall: really refreshing and easy to drink. Could be more carbonated but overall I sure enjoyed it.

Bottle. Pours murky yellow with nearly zero head. Smells like sweet lemon cleaning supplies. It's tart and not my style. Like a raspy wine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a pale orange color with a fine white head that leaves behind messy lacing. Smells of HF yeast, musty, lemon, some floral qualities. Taste is similar: floral, honey, citrus, HF yeast. Low to moderately sweet, balanced by a low to moderate tartness. Medium bodied and soft, lightly tart finish.

Hazy golden pour with a frothy white head. The nose is to die for if you like a good saison in your life; lemon/lime zest, flowers, peppery yeast, light leather, hay and just an array of tart nuances. Perfect. The mouthfeel though is too lively and the beer is a tad too foamy once in the mouth. The taste has soft lemon and saison spices, some vinous green notes and some lactic sourness. Sour citrus peel in the aftertaste. Great saison even if the mouthfeel wasn’t spot on imho.. Mange tak Morten & Svend

Bottle @ ØlKonsortiet summer shananigans. Hazy yella with a big, bubbly white head. Aroma is full of spicy, phenolic yeast notes along with a nice and citrusy wild character. Notes of sour apples, cider, grape fruit and freshly ground pepper. Taste has a love balanced sourness, very complex yeast profiue with hints of lemon and grape zest. Lovely
