Bottle, 750ml, shared by Bardwashrind on BA - thanks, Andre. Hazy yellowish pour with green hints, crazy as that is, and a well-formed white head. The aroma is floral and leafy with mild honey sweetness, grass, and earth. The flavor is great, very crisp and refined, reminiscent of a farm really with grass, dandelion, hay, and lemon. Some mild honey/pale malt sweetness. Incredibly crisp and dry mouthfeel with great prickly carbonation. Shaun Hill is ever the perfectionist it seems, and it pays off. Another great offering from one of the country’s best brewers.

Bottle. Super pale pour, really white pour, white head with decent lacing. Aroma is really grainy with honey, flowers and a hint of wild yeast. Taste is really herbal with lots of honey, quite as described actually. The yeast adds a light zest. Palate is sparkling, light with lots of carb. Nice.

Bottle at the farmstead. Foggy and hazy yellow, huge ice cream cone head, nice lacing. Aroma of feet, straw, rye bread. Tastes dry citrus and farmhouse funk. Nice.

Pours a clear light yellow with a moderate white light head. Aroma is herbal, floral and a small amount acidic. Taste is bright, acidic, dry mouthfeel from the yeast. Very floral and herbal, perhaps hibiscus or perhaps that is the dandelions. I wasn’t the kid who ate them so I’m not sure what the taste is. Nice and light with lots of carbonation in the mouthfeel. Great Beer.

Tasted blind. Pale yellow pour with a thin white head. Nose is interesting—herbal notes, hibiscus, light gentle fruits and some pale malt. Taste is dry and malty, with some light sweetness and the same floral/hibiscus notes. Super smooth and gentle carbonation. Very interesting and refreshing.

Bottle, 75 cl. Cloudy golden with a very lively, frothy and tall, white head. Spicy aroma with citrusy, herbal and flowery notes and hints of yeast and honey. A whiff of tartness. Starts of light sweet in the mouth with some honey, light to medium bitterness, finish is spicy/herbal with a dry and lightly bitter and slightly peppery finish. Medium bodied, light creamy mouthfeel. Very enjoyable

bottle at Dadtoberfest - Very tasty. Sweet honey malts spicey clover flours. Light funk. Hazy yellow. Barnyard with light sour finish. Lip-smackingly good.

Well it is better than pissenlit. It is what I would expect pissenlit shoud taste like. Some dandellion bitterness that acts as hops.

Bottle shared by my brother - thanks! Hazy, bright yellow pour with a huge, rocky white head.  Aroma is bone dry herbal notes with light underlying tart and a clean, wit yeast character.  Taste is clean dry tart with an herbal character and the dryest of finish.  Ultra clean and thirst quenching.

Pours hazy golden with a big soapy white head. Aroma is pear, lime, brett, melon, straw, mandarin, tangerine, weak banana, wheat, basement, cloves and a dry and funky saisonish touch. Taste is also pretty funky along with grass, straw, hay, funk, sweet citrus, lime, sweet pear, pine, lemon peel and weak elderflower. Very fresh and a very easy go-to saison!
