I loved this pale ale which is actually red in color. It had a nice kick to it but still very smooth and light for a hot day.

On tap @ the brewpub. Pours bright coppery orange with a thin head. Aroma is slightly nutty caramel malt. Taste is mild sweet caramel malt with a spicy earthy hops on the finish. Nice mild pale. Big bonus points: this comes with a real necklace at the brewpub. Impressive commitment to the meme!

Pours a slightly hazy honey color. Aromas of grass, toffee. Very dirty mouthfeel, very Great Lakes like. Dirty malt. Lightly hopped. Mediocre. Thanks Todd, you sailor.

Draft at Baja Betty’s. Hazy golden in color. Somewhat bready in flavor. Decent hop bitterness. Some grapefruit peel in the finish. Not a great pale ale.

Watered-down golden ale. I love perle hops but they really butchered this one.
