No cork or wire cage here. We’re getting back to the spirit of a Saison as a beer you can drink every day, not just special occasions. A refreshing and complex beer, ours is brewed without the addition of any spices, however the Belgian yeast adds notes of citrus, peppercorn, and coriander.

16 oz can, Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a amazing fluffy white head that leaves great lacing. Smells of dough, lemon and citrus. Tastes of Belgian yeast, pepper, and citrus, maybe a little pinapple there too. Mouthfeel is medium and well carbonated with a dry finish. Overall this is pretty good for a canned saison. It was alightly sour which was nice. I’m starting to be more and more of a fan of canned craft beer the more I try.

Can served in a tulip. A nice gold with a soft white head. The nose has a musty fruitiness that reminds me of some lambics. Medium bodied with a bit of a syrupy quality to it. The taste is cork, sour fruity funk a touch of pepper with a sweet finish. Decent but not really my idea of a saison.

Sehr helles Bier. In der Nase Zitrus, Hefe, Heu. Am Gaumen kommt eine leichte Säure hinzu. Ok!

Can at Lingua. Lemony nose, cider, light honey malt, spicy yeast. Clear, pilsner-looking. Malty flavor, apples, orange, spicy. Ok but not all that interesting.

Can. Hazy golden yellow color, thin white head. Fruity aroma with subtle dust. Taste is fruity, subtle barnyard. Not bad.

"While there;s little wow factor to this brew, it’s a stright up textbook saison. slightly musty yet sunny and vibrant. Spicy, lightly hopped, a touch of earth and funk and quite refreshing. Comes in pint cans that look like they’re out of the 70’s."

Can pour. Pours a dark yellow with a mild citrus aroma. A sweet beer, with a little tartness as well. Tropical citrus fruit flavor with some yeast too. I think this one may be a little too sweet. Good beer overall, but doesn’t really have much spice which I typically love about saisons. Overall I enjoyed this though. Good beer.

Bottle. Pours a hazy light amber color with a moderate white head on it. Nose has some citrus in there, but is dominated by the characteristic wild farmhouse smell to it. Taste is slightly sour citrus, but actually has just a hint of sweetness in there at the end.

16 ounce can. Pours a clear orange color with a small white head. An odd sweaty fruity nose. The flavor is dry dusty malts, lemons, odd funky sweaty feet flavors. Ok.

Pours a really strange light orange murky color. Tangerine juice creamsicle looking. Has a citrus meets Hefe aroma. Very juice tasting to me. Really fry finish. More in common with cider or champagne to me. Big amount of a dark brown sediment at the bottom of the glass. A little touch of spicy mineral notes at the back.
