Hilton Head South Atlantic Pale Ale

light brown small head, earthy aroma. Soapy taste, sharp hops. Pronounced hop characteristic. Memorable, just not in a good way.

Ah. What a treat after a day among the touristos. Seriously. Maybe it was just the right mix of weather, circumstances, temperament, or whatever, but this just really hit a sweet spot with me. Maybe the best brew in the pub’s selection.

Has a light copper appearance, light citrusy aroma; somewhat of a full mouthfeel - but leaves kind of a powdery dry taste in your mouth - kind of like homebrew gone bad. Flavor has some decent light bitterness to it. Overall, needs work, but drinkable.
