Clear yellow with small lacing white foam head. Weak aroma, some barley. Taste however is not nice, dishwater like. Tosted it. (Paris 201402)

Catching up on old ratings. Had this on a cruise ship in Hawaii in 2010. Wow. Nothing special here. Grassy, light. But did I mention I had it in Hawaii? That ups the points a bit. Anne found my old tasting notes. Thanks Anne!

Flaska. Klar guldfärgad med vitt skum. Gräs, vitt bröd och en frisk syrlighet hittas i doften. Smakinslag av krispig citron, gräs, säd och lime. En riktigt fräsch och trevlig lager.

1/II/14 - 33cl bottle @ Brugs Bierfestival - BB: 18/III/15 (2014-136) Thanks to Kraddel for sharing the bottle!

Clear pale yellow beer, irregular fizzy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, some citrus, bit fruity, sugar, hay. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty bitter, grains, hay, cow fodder. Aftertaste: little bitter, grains, bread, bit sweet. Meh.

THX! to Kraddel. 33 cl. bottle sampled @ Brugs Bier Festival 2014. Pale golden, white head. Slightly fruity in the nose but mostly just grains & light grass. Taste lightly watery, touch herbs, grains, faint grass. Light, watery, weak but not specifically unpleasant or anything. There are def. worse pale lagers out there & prob. beats most surrounding competition.

UPDATED: APR 19, 2014 Pours a typical clear, golden color and a small and quickly disappearing head. Aroma is a pleasant, clean hops. The taste is surprisingly bitter, but sadly it comes with that unpleasant metallic feel in the aftertaste. Drinkable and all, but sadly the aftertaste spoils the entire picture.

Goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, grasig. Geschmack wässrig malzig, minimal herb. Süffiges Lager aus der Südsee!

Thanks to erzengel for the tallboy can! The beer pours with a loud crackling fizzy noise after the pour as the white head quickly dissipates. The beer is a clear pale yellow in color. The smell is grain, a bit of sweet corn and some grassy notes. The taste is sweet light malt, grain and a sweet lingering aftertaste ending in dryness. Light in body and a bit fizzy. I bet it would taste a lot better while sitting on the beach in Tahiti,,,,

Can from Foxo - ta. Rather out of keeping with the spirit of ’lager night’ this was actually rather good. Excellent malt balance. Good.
