Golden clean body with bubbly grey to white head. Very grainy aroma, no hops, hay and cheap cereal. Bad stuff. Taste is very straightforward. Light to medium carbonation. Boring yet with the under par aroma it still disappoints. Ugh. Great country tick though. :-) (50cl can from Carrefour in Tours)

Basic lager with nothing out of the ordinary. Pours and taste like your average lager.

Bottle shared at the Kenny 20K mega monster tasting. 15/01/2016. Many thanks to Chris for the French poly country tick. Hazed dull golden golden coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is Cereal, mint, corn. Flavour is composed of light grains cereal, mint, some alcohol, corn, and rough grains. Plate is light watery, moderate to low carbonation. Ok.

Bright gold and clear as day, almost like apple juice. Head is totally absent. Looks like it’s going to be refreshing. Taste is a bit thin with a bitter bite to finish. Moderately carbonated. One of the coolest beer labels I’ve ever seen.

A typical lager aroma, notes of grain, hay and malt. Pours a clear golden color with a white head with lacing that dissipates fairly quickly. Moderate carbonation, with a lighter body. Sweet malt taste with hints of hay, nuts and grain. Tastes exactly like Heineken. Short lasting mildly bitter grain finish.

Bottle share at Kenny’s 20K, many thanks to Chriso for this French Polynesia tick. As ’Hinano Tahiti’, 5%. Clear orange, still, big foamy off-white head, light lacing. Aroma is sweet, toffee-ish, papery. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is corn, wafer, plain biscuity malt, soft finish. Pretty standard pale lager.

Sparkling, clear pale straw, white frothy head is quite short. Sweet and malty, mildy hay, corn, light apple. Medium body, semidry, light feel, average carbonation. Quite basic, light summer beer with little really interesting going on.

Bottle shared at Ken’s 20k celebration. Thanks to our host, Chriso, for digging this from his archives. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma of apple, bread and malt. Sweet taste with more bread and malt. Not too bad.
