COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A stronger and darker version of the Bavarian bock beer. This beer is exceptionally malty with very low hop bitterness.

Sampled on draught at the Hinterland Green Bay brewpub location. Pours a clear dark copper colored brew with a fast dissipating off-white head that dissipates clean with minimal lacing. Aroma of sweet caramel malt, a hint of candi sugar, cotton candy, light tropical fruit and some heavy malt. Taste is medium to full bodied, sweet caramel malt, light sugar. Finish has a little alcohol bite, sweet caramel and a touch of candi sugar.
