1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
From a big pounder bottle, way to go hinter on the packaging! Smells a little like candy. Yes the big dull old ipa bitterness just swashing around in your mouth. Looks viscous sitting there with its slow rising bubbles in a syrupy lookin brew. Soapy old rude ipa like yellow brown sprce tar. Alky adds a tad if dulling smoothness to it but it never gets cloying. Long thick bitter finish. Yez, bitter nasty thing, on style I guess.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
50cl bottle: pours a clear deep golden with a thin-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet pale malty nose with some light oxidation and piney hop notes. Starts with a lightly toasted malty sweetness with a healthy amount of piney bittering hops and light citrus notes before a drier bittersweet finish. Didnít taste as fresh as some IPAs and lacked some of the flavor hop components I prefer.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from the Piggly Wiggly in Oconto Falls. Pours nice dark copper, some head. Aroma is all citrus and grapefruit. Taste and body start out great, but then fade to nothing. Good balance initially with the grapefruit hops and the sweet malt, but the body turns very flat/ watery, and the finish is almost too clean. This would have been rated a lot higher for me as the taste and balance is very good, but the body is too watery and ultimately flat... So close to being really outstanding.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a hazy copper color. Nice white head that settles down and forms a thin sheet. Leaves behind some decent lacing. Aroma is weird and smells a bit like a container of fishing worms. Taste is earthy, dirty and hints of that earthworm container.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A slightly hazy copper and amber brew with a thin light khaki head. The nose has a fair amount of citrus and a little bit of pine. There is also some almond and caramel. The taste has lots of grapefruit citrus bursting out like crazy! Wow, one of the most citrus forward IPAís I have ever tasted. The malt backbone is fairly dry which allows the citrus sweetness of the hops to shine through. There is also a nice toasted nut quality to the finish. This is an excellent citrus tasting IPA.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
From tap into pint glass, poured with a medium carbonation a light amber colored beer with a deep off white head. Nose is funky citrus and flora with a hint of malt sweetness. The flavor starts with a good bitterness lending itself to a slight biscuit/malt sweetness that finishes with a long citrus bite. This is a well balanced English/American hybrid IPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On draught at the Hinterland brewery/brewpub in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy orange amber colored brew with a decent off-white head that has excellent lacing and retention. Aroma of all four (citrus, grassy, floral and medicinal hops) varieties with a hint of caramel malt in the background. Taste is medium bodied, plenty of bitterness that hides most of the caramel malt base. Finish is more citrus and grapefruity with a lingering mild bitterness. A solid IPA throughout.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Orange/caramel malt aroma. Amber color with minimal head. Sweet orange, bready malt and moderately bitter citrus peel flavor. Drinkable but pretty forgettable.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
1 pint bottle. Mildly hazy amber / orange color. Little - to - minimal off-white head. Some lace. More crisp carbonation, and a dry texture. Nice light bitter taste. Kind of a crisp almost english-style malty - hop aroma. Decent, but as far as IPAs go... Not that great.
