Hinterland Irish Stout

Beerfest in Chilton. Pours dark, looks like a stout, smells like a stout, tastes like a dry stout should. Very nice.

Cask. Pours like a Guinness. Fully opaque body. Thick, very small bubble, light tan head. A little darker color head than Guinness. Excellent lace. Beautiful artistic lace. Faint, chocolate milk on the tongue. Much better and more flavorful than Guinness (and that goes for Bare Knuckle Stout as well). Dark chocolate notes. A very nice brew. Hopefully this is a hint of things to come for the Hinterland Brewery.
