Our lightest style. Brilliant gold color. Traditional all-malt European style pilsner.

Weak aroma of yeast, pale straw colour with a short lasting head. Great taste of Belgian yeast and lemon, with a watery feel nada mildly astringent finish.

Slightly hazy gold. Nose of graham cracker goldrn malt and mild hops. Flavor is corn, cardboard, and pilsner malt with mild bitterness. This has too much cereal flavor and not enough hops to lend to depth.

Pours bright gold with a thick white head. Aroma is pilsener malts, biscuit, and corn syrup. Taste is mildly sweet up front, then the biscuit-like malts kick in at the mid and go all the way to the playoffs (i mean finish). Every Packer fan should drink one of these on game day. Thanks Hinterland for picking a great team and dedicating a brew to them!

Draft. REally easy to drink pilsener, lacking a lot of depth but has some nice biscuit tones.

Dispensed to my fest cup at the GToM in Madison, WI. showing a fairly clear, light gold/straw tone, with a modest layer of white head foam. The nose was a light pils scent, with no detectable corniness, and the lightest of spiciness. Light bodied, with lively effervescence, and low hop bitterness, just a hint of sweetness showed up for the taste, which remained dryer finishing than many Czech Pilsners. Crisp, clean, and very sessionable.

I can only assume this is the same offering I had on tap at the Green Bay brewery titled Euro-Pilsner. Euro-Pilsner describes it well, it reminds me of a European pilsner that may be good fresh but has since been shipped across the seas in hot trucks and hot boats months ago, bringing out the grains and fading the hops. Looks as a pilsner should, clear golden with a white head. Sweet pale malts and faded hops in the aroma. The malts taste old and grainy. Faded earth hops stay into the finish for a while. This grew on me very slightly overtime, but it might be better a little fresher.

On draught at the brewpub/restaurant in Green Bay, Wisconsin as Euro Pilsener. Pours a semi-clear golden pale blonde brew with a slow dissolving white head that has some good retention and lacing. Aroma of light white bread malt, citrus zest-like hops with a touch of honey, and tart pear. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of white bread malt, some citrus zest and a touch of tart light fruit. Finish is slightly dry with a mild bitterness with light fruity malt character in the aftertaste.

Had this beer on 9/14/1999. Color is very hazy. Aroma is a light sweet malt scent. It starts with a medium body and finishes with a slightly sour flavor and mild hop flavor.

12oz bottle-A nice golden body with a decent white head and an aroma of malt and lsight hops. Taste the same for all pilsners. Not a bad brew.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2003 I love my green bay packers and any beer that is named after them. The cool thing is that all you have to do is put a sixer outside the back door and it gets damn near frozen and it one hell of a treat to have while watching the packers dominate. This beer is as sweet as watching billy schroeder jump in the stands after a td and having a similar beverage christen his green and gold helmet. Check that, as cool as watching Ahman green bust one for a 20yd td. No, as i predict it will be as cool as seeing eric crouch bust the opening kick off of the 2003 season all the way.
