Our lightest style. Brilliant gold color. Traditional all-malt European style pilsner.

Poured a hazy golden amber. Initially had a foamy white head that dropped to just a film very quickly. The cloudy appearance took away from the look of a crystal clear pilsner. The aroma was yeasty and bready with some roasted malt sweetness. There was a decent amount of carbonation that gave a nice refreshing taste to the beer. The flavor was mostly sweet roasted malt with a bit of hops bite coming through towards the middle. The finish was more refreshing as the sweetness faded away and the mild hops crispness lingered.

Tap at The Old Fashioned in Madison, WI. Clear gold pour with weaker foam. Nose is canned pear. As it warms, diacetyl comes through. Sweeter flavor with white grape juice, more canned pear. Good body, but the flavors are all wrong.

16oz at Sidedoor. Filtered yellow tan body. Thin, foamy white head. Bready brewhouse aroma, odd hints of apricot. Easy drinking,, but not really true to style. The fruity off tones seriously detract. Imperfect lager. Borderline macro stuff. Numbers seem generous, I would not buy this beer again.

12oz can pours a clear golden with a large off-white head. Aroma is simple and straightforward malted barley, grassy noble hops, and Czech pils yeast. Taste is lots of barley, light mineral, faint hops, corny sweetness, and yeast. Could easy be mistaken for any European Macro, no better no worse.

Stinks, in a way that only a Bohemian pils can. Stale, funky straw and diacetyl smell. Astroturf themed can, clear oak color, stiff head. Goes flat, stale graham flavor, low bittering, unceremonious drain pour. ABC Liquors, Betton.

Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - Betton - 12 oz can. Slightly sparkling medium golden pour, slight snow white head. Neutral aroma, not really picking up anything, perhaps some gumballs. Flavor has some honey sweetness, some graininess, a touch of light yeastiness, Smooth mouthfeel. Not great, but palatable.

Light gold colored body with thin-to-no head. Smells piney/hoppy, but not very strong. Tastes like lemon and hop mostly, slightly sweet. I’ve had better pilsners, but God knows with all the American macro-swill pilsners kicking around, there are a lot of worse ones. It’s stronger than them. Surprisingly good mouth-feel, though I suspect the carbonation has sometihng to do with that... Light and sweet, rather enjoyable after a hot summer day, but not something I’d run out and buy again.

Bottle. Cloudy amber. Malty as hell. Huge fluffy head that wouldn’t die. Bready nose, malty, yeasty, bakery flavor but a tad astringent. Not great but good.

Bottle. The aroma was very light malt and the flavor was malt/grain and yeast. Pilsners are not my favorite, but I thought it was somewhat lacking in overall taste.
