baseballguy (246), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Oct 19, 2002 A solid taste performer, and gorgeous to look at as well. gws57 (1003), Saint Charles, Illinois, USA Jul 23, 2007 Had this one bottled, thanks Jim! Hazy orange pour with a foamy tan head, fruity hoppiness in the nose, crisp piney hoppiness with sour apple tartness. Finished strong. Really good! jewedekind (450), Middleton, Wisconsin, USA Jul 20, 2004 Off white bubbly head over a light amber beer. Nice aroma of pine and spice. Flavor of toast and honey, then washed away by pine from Goldings hops. Very quaffable...favorite of the chefs I drank with. KingpinIPA (832), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA Feb 16, 2007 Dark amber color. Smell of hops, pine, nuts, burnt malt, caramel, bread and flowers. Taste of bread, hops, nuts, caramel, malt, hints of pine, honey, flowers and a nice crisp bitterness at the end. I must try more Hinterland beers! TheKegergator (241), California, USA Feb 8, 2007
Thanks to thefatkid13 for this fine PA.
For a PA this dude has to be near perfect. Pours a slightly darker than medium amber with a nice thick head. Nice lacing on the side. Taste is a little too bland for me. No real hops, no real anything. Although it is smooth to drink
