I really like the packaging on these hinter pounder bottles. Fresh aroma and perhaps a hint of tartness may form on the olfactory. Slight haze on a brown tinted yallah beer. Wew, big bold dull hop taste impressions. mouth coating, could be an ipa in another life. Numbs the sides of your tongue. Yez, back there hiding someplace is a barely noticable shade of wildness behind the other complex arrangements. Very nice display of rolling sediment in the glass courtesy of the bottom of the bottle. They float in there like the beer was a gel er sumthin. Medicinal bitter finish for an ending. Wew, in your face personality going on here.

Hazy golden with a foamy tight white head. Nose is semisweet and floral/grassy with a nice wee bitterness. The flavor has this odd tap water note about it toward the finish, but its not enough to detract from the overall taste. Grassy bitter beginning with a little touch of tangerine rind bitterness, a wee touch astringent, then gets clean and bright malty. Nothing special, but gets points for being classy and sippable.

Bad label, green-brown .5L Europint bottle. Foggy, dull brown-orange beer, clingy bone colored head. Odd aroma - reminds me of toasted sesame perhaps, or some of those Metamucil-style whole grain crackers - that suggests its savory and would go well with food. Sweetish up front, chalky flavor with hints of cocoa powder. Medium hopping. Biscuity mouthfeel. Moderately bitter finish with an amber ale aftertaste. Whole Foods, Tallahassee.

I rate beers I think significantly better than average, simple as that. I am not into showing off through word games. :)

Tallahassee, Fl - Whole Foods Market - pint bottle. Dark, murky orange pour with a sticky off-white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma has some light spicy notes, a touch of citrus. Flavor has a nice underlying subtle bitterness with some sweet cake mix notes, a touch of vanilla and some coriander spiciness. Mouthfeel is rich and full. Nice change of pace.

On nitro. Pours a dark golden color with big creamy off white head. Moderate hop aroma, grassy and slightly resiny. Malt forward flavor with some mild hop bitterness. Not a bad drinker.

Draft. Nitro. Pours a dark gold color. Half inch of off white head. Moderate hop nose, mostly grassy. Moderate hop bitterness. Bland malt with a slightly grainy, husky finish that seems out of place. Ok. ---Rated via intercellular device

Foxbush (1217) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - SEP 16, 2013
16 oz bottle in appleton, WI The pale ale poured light amber color with a thin off-white head that dissipated. Some lacing down the glass. Nice aroma of resin like hops and grainy malt. The medium body ale had average carbonation. The taste was of earthy hops balanced with caramel malt and citrus. The finish had some lingering bitterness.

Pours a clear golden color on tap with nice fluffy white head and good lacing. Aroma is slight citrus hops, noble hop middle, and an overall bready grain. Taste follows, slightly bitter finish with a lingering biscuit flavor. Decent.

Nice hoppy aroma. Flavor is flat and unimpressive. Very little body. Dry boring finish.
