COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Saison has a golden hue with an ample two finger head. A lemon-citrus aroma fills the nose. Brewed with Belgian specialty malts and a multitude of spices. Starts crisp citrus flavor and leaves a spicy pepper finish.

Indescript yellow color, somewhat darker than the norm. Some fruit appears in the front, giving way to a few grassier notes and some pepper, before fading to a quick finish. O.k., drinkable, but not distinctive. (on tap, The Stone Tap, Hudson, WI)

Sidewalk vendor into plastic cup. Pale yellow a little cloudy minimal head. Awfully thin taste........ watery somewhat PBRish. Could not recommend.

Was satisfied with this saison. Paired well with my sweet glazed pork for dinner.

Bottle from Total Wine in Boca Raton, FL. I like the look of the label for whatever reason. Snifter at home. Pours a nice golden light amber with a thin white head. Nose is citrus, spices and earth. The taste fell slightly flat after the nose but overall not bad. Light notes of citrus (lemon and apples) with mild spices and kind of an arugula greens taste. Dry, crisp finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. Not bad, but not memorable either.

Pours sparkling amber with a creamy off-white head that couldíve stuck around for a bit longer. Medium intensity musty yeast aroma. Nice flavor... not as yeasty as other saisons Iíve had, but bright citrus and coriander notes make it easy to drink. I didnít have the highest of expectations from this, but was pleasantly surprised.

Bottle. Orange pour with white head. Smells of malt and yeast. Tastes of the same with a very slight bitterness. Very good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

One pint bottle - pours a burnished copper with some very fine suspended particles - pour has some initial fizzy carbonation, but the beer very quickly becomes nearly still - no bubbles, no head - nose is quite sweet - strong tropical fruitiness - strong bubblegum esters - strong spiciness - the beer feels nearly flat in the mouth - quite sweet - flavors of apricot, bubblegum, mildly husky grains - strong bitterness and spices arrive late, washing away the sweetness - however, the finish then becomes overly bitter and far too spicy - also feels far too slick and heavy in the mouth for the style - messy.

Citrusy aroma. golden orange w/ floating sediment. Nice bitterness and honey balance. Smooth and drinkable, Saisonís so far just taste to me like summer wheat..not my style.

Bottle poured into glass. Definitely a nice spicy citrus aroma happening here. Slightly hoppy with a peppery finish.

Jacksonville, Fl. - Grassroots Natural Market - pint bottle. Hazy medium pour, sticky eggshell colored head, sticky lacing. Aroma has some light lemony accents, some yeasty notes. Flavor is very quaffable with some light sweet doughy notes, light saffron-likespiciness, some nectarine-like fruitiness. Mouthfeel is nice and thick. Pretty solid - thanks for the tip drowland!
