16oz bottle thanks to BeerFMAndy, totally unsolicited, and for that I thank him immensely. Pours clear golden with a small white head that leaves thick lacing on the glass. The aroma is pretty nice but a little grainy with pale malt and slight floral and grassy hops. The flavor is decent. A little more hop-forward and less malty than I’d like maybe. Pale malt, orangey citrus, and grassy/earthy notes. Fairly crisp with medium-light body and good carbonation level. A solid but not great Oktoberfest overall.

Bottle. Fruity bready caramel malt aroma. Hazy orange amber with a moderat off-white head. Toasty vegetal malt, dry bitter herbal flavor. Medium body, astringent mouth feel.

pours a rich gold with a medium off white head. Some lacing. Aroma is bread and malt. Taste is rich, slightly bitter but good. Finishes with the same taste, not much nasal linger. Good beer, just not my style.

16 oz bottle. Deep amber orange. Decent malt nose and slight noble hop aroma. Taste is far too sweet/caramel for the style.

Amber with medium head. Dusty bready malt. Light woody hop. Bit thin on the palate. Toasted malt, biscuity, light caramel and a touch of woody bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle. Orange-tan with some slight chill haze. Thin, patchy, oily head. Brewhouse aroma, a little sugary and sweet. Ouch. Lemony, way off for the style. I am drinking this in August, a year behind..it has fallen apart I hope. Thin and watery, with some gross medicinal hop leftover flavor. I suppose it’s not off, and the bitterness is just the effect of the "highly hopped" action. Almost an APA Vienna. Odd, but not so bad.

I left it out of the cooler for a bit first. Poured with a smallish, cream colored head that soon settle to a small island, a broken ring, and no lace. Color is a clear red orange amber with a bubble trail. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, caramel. Flavor is much the same as nose with hops and sweetness standling out with a little tang. Body and carbonation are ok. Finish is like flavor, a little on the short side, and a hint of alcohol.

Pours a pretty gold color with a medium sized white head. Nose is fairly bland. on a weak malt aroma evident. Viscosity and creaminess are only average-has good carbonation. Taste is mostly malt, true to the Vienna style, with hops presence on finish. Only an average beer- pairs well though with a turkey club sandwich.

On tap at Hinterland. Served a mid-gold color with a slightly frothy lace. Aroma was of malts and hay. Taste was similar with a strong hay flavor. Not my favorite flavor in a beer. Palate was decent. Overall, a decent brew with an odd flavor relative to other Octoberfests that I have sampled.

The pour is a reasonably heady golden copper. The aroma is slightly malted but more like perfume than anything else. It did not make me think of an Oktoberfest. The body is thin to medium. The taste had an odd yeasty, malty flavor that I could not quite define.
