3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Body is a slightly hazy gold with a decent head that dies quickly and aromas that make me think of Cascade hops. Slightly lemony with a little cat pee and herbal residue. Flavor is light and crisp with that hops presence coming through nicely in the finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle from Proof. Murky yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma is pleasant lemony hop and spice. Tastes are white pepper, citrus rind, grapefruit, pine. Little overly spiced, little herbal, little metallic vibe. Not as bad as that sounds, but not my favorite.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
5/21/13. 12oz bottle from Grassroots. Hazy golden white pour with a small off-white head that fades. The aroma mostly screams witbier - spice, phenolics, and a touch of citrus that could possibly be helped by the hops. Bitter entry, hop bite and the phenolics, with a definite mineral aspect, citrus, and lingering grassiness. Not bad. Dry and sessionable.

Glowing white head. Big retention. Vigorous CO2. Really light, golden body.
Fruity pepples, pine-sol.
Grapefruit to the tee. Resinous, hop bitterness potent.
Solid beer, straightforward.

UPDATED: AUG 19, 2013 Pale hazy golden pour. Big white head with a thick coating left behind. Big hop aroma with a slight off aroma that I can’t place. Not bad. Just not wanted. Peppery flavor with some hops mixed in. Bitter. Not bad.

This brew devintely is a summer beer. I don’t think they explored the hoppiness of it as much as they could using a summer brew mold.

For an IPA this has a shockingly low alcohol content. Average looking pour with a huge fluffy white head. Nose grapefruit and hops. Watery mouth feel is reminiscent of macro light beer. But this has bold, bitter hops. This is how light beer would be if they added more hops. Do some research to find out why an IPA should have high alcohol content.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle at Syb Pig in Boca Rayon, FL. American shaker. Medium white head, great lacing. Cloudy yellow gold pour. Aroma weak with pine and citrus. Taste was slight pine, citrus, cardboard, leather. Seemed a little out if whack. Malts were weak, bitter. Metallic mouth. Meh.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
10oz on tap at Cock & Bull in Hyde Park. I remember the labeled ABV as being less than 5%. Clear golden yellow color. Thin white head. Little loose splotches of lace. Light to medium body. Softer, smooth carbonation. Very spicy aroma. Coriander. More white beer than IPA. Pretty zesty taste. Light bitter, if any. Way too spicy. Citrus peel. Light hint of grapefruit. OK to sip on a bit, but this is way too big on the spice to truly session.
