COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unser Heller Bock wurde nachts bei Vollmand eingebraut. Er herhält seinen äußerst aromatischen Geshmack durch die Hopfensorte. Mild und ursprünglisch in Geschmack wird unser Heller Bock durch einheimisches Malz aus dem Ebsdorfergrund und Wasser aus unserem eigenen Tiefenbrunnen. Lasen Sie ihn sich schmecken.

Our Maibock was brewed at night Vollmand. It holds an extremely aromatic taste by the hop variety. Initial taste is mild and in our Heller Bock by domestic malt from the Ebsdorfergrund and water from our own deep wells.

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, graon, toasted, sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malt - honey sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100813]

Bottle, 7.0%. Weak papery aroma, hint of alcohol. Clear dark golden colour. Almost no head. The flavour is a little papery also, has a good alcohol level, but nothing exceptional. OK bitterness, but the hops are a bit old-tasting.

Bottle, A clear, golden beer, a small, white head rests on top. There’s a slighlty honey-like note in the aroma, flowery and grainy. Quite pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. Too sweet in the flavor, flowery, grassy and with pale malts. Good bitterness in the finish. A quite nice one, but overall, too sweet. 100813

[bottle] Vinous light caramel aroma with white grape hops aroma. Clear dark gold with only some white wisps and a thin ring. Very well balanced caramel and base malt flavour together with a generous helping of noble hops and hops bitterness. The hops character really sets this beer aside from other Heller bocks or strong European lagers. White grapes, pineapple, and faint lemon accents. Medium body, moderate carbonation, sweet and bitter balanced finish.
