COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Was früher nur der Braumeister genießen konnte, jetzt auch für Dich: unfiltrierter, reiner Biergeschmack mit der besonderen Würze. Unser Braumeister Ole Endler braut diese Bierspezialität mit drei verschiedenen Malzen ein. Unfiltriert sind noch viele Trubstoffe von Hopfen, Malz und natürlich der untergärigen Bierhefe enthalten, was es somit ernährungsphysiologisch wertvoller macht als filtrierte Biere. Ganz ursprünglich kam nur der Braumeister in den Genuss dieser Bierköstlichkeit: er nahm nämlich vor der Filtration mit dem so genannten „Zwickelhahn“ eine Probe, um die Bierqualität und die Reife des Bieres zu beurteilen. Jetzt gibt es diesen vollmundigen, hefeblumigen Geschmack mit ausgeprägtem Malzaroma auch für Dich. Und wie bekannt, verwenden wir auch für unser Marburger Kräusen ausschließlich deutsche Qualitätsrohstoffe und brauen mit unserem weichen, quellfrischen Brauwasser aus eigenem Tiefbrunnen. Unser Marburger Kräusen hat einen Stammwürzegehalt von 11,9 % und einen Alkoholgehalt von 5 %. Ein echter Frischegenuss – einmalig aus der Heimat!

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass fine turbid, nice head. Starts mild, yeasty, spicy, soft touch of cinnamon, fruity. Finish well balanced, spicy, wheaty, very drinkable. Nice!

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with microfloaties and a small off-white head. Pale malts and a nice grassy hoppyness in the aroma. The flavor has a nice fruityness, pleasant bittering hops and crackery pale malts. Smooth mouthfeel, a bit overcarbonated. Nice bitter finish. Easy drinkable and tasteful. 091024

[ Trade by asheft ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light hoppy, herbs - grass. Bottle, 5.0%. Mildly fruity aroma, smells of fresh yeast and bread. Hazy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is mildly fruity and yeasty. Good yeast flavour, but perhaps a faint hint of butter. Refreshing and good.
