COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, and caramel, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottle (thanx to asheft !):Clear, amber coloured, quite stable fluffy off-white head; clean nutty-caramelly nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; a bit tart in the dryish malty-bitter finish. Not bad.....

[bottle] Nutty malt and floral, citrusy hops aroma with a touch of oak. Crystal clear amber under some large tan bubbles that quick drop to faint wisps. Very nutty and with a little tobacco and woody, apricot, and chocolate notes. Significant bitterness that is almost too much with the nuttiness. Sort of soda watery too. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, bitter finish, but not quite astringent.
