I hear that this brewery is now done brewing so I feel compelled to review this even if the bottle is a little old. Pours a pretty bright golden yellow. Small white head. Nose is mild light malt with a touch od faded hops. The taste follows the simple nose with a nice dry aftertaste. Certainly decent especially with best by date that is 7 months past.

Modrige Herbe, schaler getreidiger Mittelteil. Dazu mild, auch der Abgang kann nicht überzeugen, etwas süß, grasig. Nicht wirklich gelungen. 7/7/7/6/6/6

Small bottle, looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass light, zippy, nice head. Starts mild, quite malty-wheaty, not very dry. Finish almost a bit washy, still malty, a bit grasy, not very drinkable. Not good.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Slightly sweet and grainy malty nosewith herbal hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Soft grainy malty base with early arriving herbal hoppy notes; dry bitter-sweet finish with herbal hops and light grainy notes in the aftertaste. A very mild and pretty unspectacular Pilsener, brewed in the former brewery Thome. 24.X.07

Clear golden with a medium sized white head. Aroma had the day after breath. Flavour was grainy with sweat notes. Worst beer ever.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt and a bit of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and a bit of sulphur, leading to a dry strawy finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear yellow with a white head. Malty aroma - a vague whiff of diacetyl? Medium body, clean malts, some hops in the finish. 211009
