Das >>Hinterländer Zwickl<< ist unser Urtyp mit einer feinen Hopfennote. Gebraut nach einen historischen Rezept mit ursprünglichen und unbehandelten Rohrstoffen wie zu dieser Zeit -ungefiltert und naturtrüb. Handwerklich traditionell nach dem deutschen Reinheitsgebot von 1516. Hergestellt mit quellfrische Brauwasser aus eigenem Tiefbrunnen, feinster Bio-Braugerste und edlem Hallertauer Bio-Aromahopfen aus kontrolliertem, bio-zertifiziertem Anbau. Qualität ganz natürlich - gebraut und abgefüllt in hessischen Hinterland. Hefe setzt sich ab - vor dem Genuss leicht aufschütteln!

bottle - light orange beer with a white head. Faint malty aroma with not much hops. Flavour has a mild maltiness and is not very bitter, some cardboard.

[bottle] Mostly pleasant aroma of sweet, almost caramel malt, balanced with an herbal and not quite citrusy hops. Slightly skunky despite a the brown bottle. Foggy yellow-orange with only a white ring on top. Flavour begins nicely with lemon-caramel malt, and some herbal hops. Some bitterness comes in towards the middle, balancing a slight sweetness. Towards the end, there is a small note of skunk that is unfortunate in this otherwise very pleasant session beer. Light to medium body, medium carbonation, slightly bitter finish.
