50 cL bottle. Pours clear and yellow with a lacing white head. Mild hoppy and vaguely spiced aroma. Flavour is mild fruity and of bitterhops. Ends dry and bitter.

Bottle. Cereals, full bodied beer. Shewy. Fine bitter edge in the finish. Pleasant stuff.

Bottle 50cl. A clear yellow beer with medium head. Classic lager with good malty aroma quite sweet and that’s it, no more, bit boring very common.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet pale malty aroma with a tinge of biscuit. Sweet flavour with a late arriving bitterness, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Present malt character, slightly biscuity and sugary taste; sweet and malt-accented finish with restrained grassy hoppy notes. Clean and straight but also boring Helles. 21.X.10

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, sour malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091113]

Bottle, 4.9%. Clear yellow colour. Nice stable chalk white head. Medium bitterness, perhaps a little lower than medium. Faint aroma hop note, hay and mild grass. A subtle beer, but not bad.

Bottle 50 cl. Comes as "Hirsch Bier Urhell Vollbier" - nothing "Ulmer Münster" on this label. A clear yellow beer with a small, white head. Sweetish clean and malty aroma. Medium body, again very clean and sweet malts. Only a very subdued bitterness. Very quaffable. 190109

Bottle. Golden color, no head. Grainy apple flavor. Thin. No specific aroma. Tastes cheap. Is this really a German beer?

The bottle looks a little bit old, but not bad. The beer in the glass also, fine foam. The beer starts vapid, in the middle a little bit alcoholic. The finish too sourish. Only an average beer!
