Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Blonde, cloudy. Banana sweeties in the aroma. Wheaty sweet flavor with banana, citrus and bubblegum.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Citric and banana-fruity, moderately wheaty aroma with flowery notes and mildly clovy spice. Slightly sweet and sour-fruity flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft malty and wheaty base with fruity and sourish accents; sweet and sour-fruity finish with mildly clovy spice. A decent Hefe. 21.V.12

bottle from the brewery. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Wheaty and yeasty, bubblegum and shy hints of banana and mango. Smooth palate.

For me, it’s not a typical bavarian-style weizen but rather similar to a belgian witbier. The colour is rather pale than amber. The head is stable. It tastes fruity (banana, orange) with a light body.
