Aufbauend auf unserer Tradition, besonders naturbelassene, „unbehandelte“ Biere zu brauen, gehen wir mit dem Hirter Biobier noch einen Schritt weiter in Richtung Ursprung. Basierend auf den weichen Bergquellwassern der „Hanslbauerquellen“ war das Hirter Biobier 1998 nicht nur Österreichs erstes Biobio, sondern ist natürlich auch heute noch gentechnikfrei, nicht pasteurisiert und völlig naturbelassen. Alle verwendeten Rohstoffe stammen dabei ausschließlich aus der Erzeugung österreichischer Biobauern – kein Wunder also, dass unser Hirter Biobier neben milder Kohlensäure auch mit einer besonders prägnanten Eigennote an lieblichen, fruchtbetonten und süffigen Aromen überzeugt! 11.6°

Malty aroma with herbal notes. Deep golden color, small head, quickly diminishing. Malty flavor, somewhat spicy. Weak finish, light dry.

Short and evanescent foam, little long-lasting. Light malty scent. Nothing of particular. Limpid yellow color; little fizzy and medium bitter.

Weak white head. Cloudy orange color. Aroma is malty with citrus and light floral notes. Aroma is moderately malty, watery, ending in a weak balanced finish. Light bodied

Deep gold. This one pours almost no head. Good malty aroma. The taste is rich with malt, but it's not balanced by a real bitterness or hoppiness. A metallic note in the finish. Medium body. A flat beer.

Hazy blond color. The aroma has light cereals, but the rest is very useless.

Hazy blond color; low carbonation. Light hay aroma. Really watery, almost useless; very light malt.

Bottled. Clear yellow color, head disappears quickly but it's glass-sticking. Initial hop aroma, then malty-grainy aroma turn up. Light body, short hoppy aftertaste. Dry, very drinkable.
