COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Kita (991) - Koper, SLOVENIA - JAN 11, 2014
Bottled, 0,50l. Courtesy of CanCrusher, thanks! Clear pale golden color with large frothy white head. nice lacing and flat visible carbonation in palate. Aroma is grainy, grassy, vegetably, dusty with light notes of caramel and vanilla. Taste starts with moderate sweet grainy malt, follows a bit spicy and grassy sour with surprisingly warming mouthfeel and light bitter finish. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Only natural ingredients makes it more desirable :) In fact, it’s pretty good lager, regardless its bio qualities...

Bottle. Clear golden-yellow colour with lively carbonation and small white head, that sits down slowly. Weak aroma, mostly of barley and corn. Flavor is bitter light and it goes to moderate bitter in the aftertaste. Light bodied, watery, drinkable.

CEZ (397) - Milano, ITALY - APR 15, 2004
Deep gold. This one pours almost no head. Good malty aroma. The taste is rich with malt, but it's not balanced by a real bitterness or hoppiness. A metallic note in the finish. Medium body. A flat beer.

A pale appearance with slight malty aromas. Slightly sweet, dry and citrusy. Quite thin and light but very pleasant for an organic beer.
