COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nich pasteurisiert!

Clear straw with small white head. Yeast, rabbit droppings, malt, light fruitiness. Quite sweet. Medium bodied. Not very good...

Unusally fresh approach for a traditional Bock beer. Cystal clear, fine peony hops, visually impressive crown with limited stability. a good start for Advent.

After sampling a few good Austrian bocks this one is the weakest, blandest, most forgettable of the bunch. I’ve heard good things about Hirter, but their festbock is flat, empty, and abandons your palate faster than a bat outta hell. Pass!

Kita (1095) - Koper, SLOVENIA - JUN 16, 2013
Bottled, 0.33l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Clear deep golden color with thin white head and lively visible carbonation. Aroma of grainy malt, caramel, grassy hops and dried fruits. Taste starts sweet malty, then followed very nutty and very harsh, but somehow appealing bitterness. Mouthfeel is a bit spicy and alcoholic, while aftertaste is strong and long bitter. Medium body, thick texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. Very interesting and pleasant taste...

Bottle 0,33L. Clear, golden yellow colour, with frothy white head. Aroma is mostly on the malty side: bread, grain, cereals plus some grassy hops and some light yeasts. Initial flavor starts at the sweet side goes through moderate bitter into a heavy bitter finish flavor. I get some sweety mouthfeel after a while, alcohol taste is present, too. Medium bodied with watery to oily texture and lively carbonation.

God awful...nothing to this beer but grains, skunk and a bit of sweetness. The pour is unappetizing and the head dies instantly. The nose is sickly grainy with a light skunk at not much else. Taste is off putting and hard to palate. Just nothign good to talk about here.

Bottle. Slightly hazy bright golden, rapidly dissipating head. Aroma is sweet grains with a touch of metal. Flavour is the same. Not a fan of this one.
