Unter Beigabe von dunklem Braumalz, Hopfen und Caramelmalz gebraute unvergleichliche Bierspezialität der Privatbrauerei Hirt. Malzbetoner, trockener Antrunk und schlanker, zartbitterer Abgang. Hirter Morchl ist ein völlig naturbelassen gebrautes und durch lange Lagerzeit gereiftes Bier. Kein Zuckerzusatz! Nicht pasteuriziert!

Initially slightly molassy sweet flavour, toast-malty, slightly burnt malty taste with leafy, minimal dried fruity notes; moderately sweet and roasty finish with a balancing hoppy bitterness. Aromatic Dunkel with Schwarzbier attributes (14.05.08).
