Aug 16, 2006 Nice dark brown color with a nice medium big and lasting had. Nice caramel nose. Taosted malt taste that lasts long. Awesome !

May 30, 2006 Draft @ Hamburg Beer Festival: Dark, dark ruby brown. Simple choc and cara malts. Nice roasty toasty notes. Really tasty.

Apr 1, 2007 A frothy-headed, deep woods brown lager. Heft of malt well balanced like their German cousins. Maly and toasted with notes or raisin. The Europeans just do this beer better than we do.
