COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Hirter Weizen is brewed using select barley and wheat malt and Hallertau aromatic hops. It is non-pasteurized, GMO-free and thus an entirely natural product.

Its typical, discreet banana-like fragrance results from the top-fermented yeast, cultivated in-house, which is also responsible for its mild, yet tangy flavor and characteristically fruity aroma. Naturally cloudy, with a wonderfully refreshing, rounded taste, the Hirter Weizen is particularly smooth on the palate. 12.5°

On tap. Nice deep orange color, thick white head, reducing, no lacing. Quiet nose. Aroma weizen malts, smooth noble hops. Taste is quite flat, dusty to oily texture, thick feel, average carbonation, dry finish. This weizen did not impress, weak without the spicy tones i like in the style.

On Tap, marketed as Hirter Bio Hefeweizen or something like that, so I guess this is it. Cloudy pale yellow color, thin off white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, candy bubblegum, yeasty. Medium body, average carbonation. Medium sweet taste. Interesting.

Made with organic wheat and hops. Smells fruity and fresh with mild pangs of banana. Leaving a longlasting pleasant taste on the palate. A good Weizen.

[Draught] Very cloudy, light orange color, good head. Aroma is musty and unpleasant, sour, no wheat aroma. Taste is not aromatic, light sour, few yeast aroma. Light almond-aroma, light bitter aftertaste with quit much sweetness. Bad Weizen
