Bottle at K’s Hostel, Kyoto. Cloudy yellow/amber – white head. Peppery, peachy, fruity, lemon, citrus, toasted, light caramel, nice hoppy, grass, light resin, medium malty. Very nice.

This came in a 330 ml bottle with a White-blue label. Not quite sure if it is the same beer, but I will check. Very pale gold-copper color, not blonde but light. Fine head. Aroma of goldings hops and cedar. Very light malt. Dry, slightly tart flavor, with lemon, cedar, caramel, goldings. Smooth and subtle, yet somehow complex. Smooth palate, full, regular strength carbonation. Interesting, yet doesn’t fit well together. Aroma too faint; too light.
