COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
IPA brewed with Japanese wild breed mandarin "Fukure Mikan". Refreshing flavor of this mandarin complements well with citrusy hop. The perfect balance act of hop bitterness and Umami taste.

Draught at Bungalow. Nice clear gold. Huge orane aroma with some hops. Very fruity flavour, starts sweet but has some hop bitterness after. Sadly not enough hops for what is labelled an IPA. Nice summer beer.

I do not wax on poetically about beer but I do know the quality of a beer once tasted. This review is not about my tastes but reinforces the numbers, which are arbitrary.

11.2oz bottle. Unfiltered dulled orange-tan body. Thin, steady, patchy head. Retains its IPA characteristics while building on them with the mandarin, which comes off a lot more natural and pleasant than most of the fruit beers being put out rampantly. Quality brewing, unique, well executed.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden orange colour, some floaties, one finger white head. Hoppy citrus orange aroma. Taste is also quite orangey, citrus hop bitterness, malt notes, sweet fruit, herbs/spices, zesty. Lingering bitterness. Would be great with more hops!

Aroma: Medium hops, fruit, citrus, oranges, sugar covered orange peels. Medium-light lemon, mango, bread crust, Appearance: Clear, dark yellow body. Medium, white head, fair retention. Floaties. Flavour: Medium bitterness, lemon zest. Medium-light bread crusts. Very dry finish, lingering zest, citrus oil. Mouthfeel: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Overall: The zest is a good thing, but it becomes a bit much. The floaties are a problem. Otherwise a good beer. 11.2 fl.oz. bottle, poured. Thanks Megan! 21A. American IPA with fruit
