Exploded when I opened the bottle, dont think i shook it or anything. Poured a nice medium orange-amber hue with a nice sediment at the bottom. A frothy beige head that had great retention but no lace. Aroma had some nice fruity esters and s delicate cedar note to it. Really lacked hops and a sweet malt base. Flavor was slightly sour, not in a negative way. It seemed lost between a sour ale and an amber ale. Hops were mild in after taste and the carbonation seemed elevated.

Hazy amber colour, huge beige head. F*ck it, I can smell only the strong perfume on the back of my hand... Ok, I was wrong, my nose DID actually pick up some notes which are present in the flavor. A lot of caramel, bread, sweet dried fruits - both yellow and dark. Quite oily and thick texture. Very, very flavorful. Also has this nice balanced bitterness in the after taste. Very good!

Bottle, 330ml. Pours dark golden-amber to copper, clear. Head is very tall, foamy and yellowish to beige. Gentle scent of hops and malt. Mouth fill is foamy and creamy with a very gentle carbonation. Tastes nicely bitter, just right, gently sweet, a little tart. Flavors of fruity hops, herbal hops, some toasted notes, very fruity, quite herbal, fruity acidity, sweet malt, quite complex. Really nice hop profile, with strong flavors. Very nice, well balanced, could use a slightly stronger carbonation.

330ml bottle. Hazy amber-orange colour with large white head, good lacing. Aroma of citrus hops, herbs and malt, something else Im not sure about possibly wood from the Cedar cask. Taste is hoppy citrus and earthy malty, caramel notes, bready, pine. Bitter hop finish. Little bit different from a typical IPA, nice, interesting.
