3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Exploded when I opened the bottle, don’t think i shook it or anything. Poured a nice medium orange-amber hue with a nice sediment at the bottom. A frothy beige head that had great retention but no lace. Aroma had some nice fruity esters and s delicate cedar note to it. Really lacked hops and a sweet malt base. Flavor was slightly sour, not in a negative way. It seemed lost between a sour ale and an amber ale. Hops were mild in after taste and the carbonation seemed elevated.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bonito color miel. Un dedo de espuma. No dura mucho. Amargor final, nada exagerado. Próxima a IPAs tradicionales británicas. Muy buena.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Hazy amber liquid with medium to big off-white head. Aroma of caramel, cedar, citrus, light lemon peel and toffee. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of caramel, toffee and light citrus. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice beer, if not too reminiscent of a modern IPA.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy bronze, nice head.
Malty raisin, wood, and yeast on the nose.
Mildly bitter and sweet, a touch caramely, some sourish yeast, a bit dusty . . . and cedar.
Very good. The cedar takes a decent darker ipa and makes it unique and totally worthwhile.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Amber light haze. Peachy, sweet caramelly, light herby citrussy nose. Feels english, sweet malty. Med full bodied, some earl grayish citrus, sweet caramels, pine herby hops. Bitters. Ok. Something between a strong ale and english... something. Quite nice.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Shared 24.3 oz. bottle poured to snifters, displaying a coppery orange color, with a modest layer of soft white head foam, and spots of lacing. The nose was cherry & berry, with a touch of currant, and subtle yeast. The taste followed with some tartness, and a touch of sweetness, with tannic astringency & alcohol warmth that lingered together into the finish. More of a fruity, British style IPA with some cask influence to the bitterness. I liked it.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Hasegawa. Poured into an English tulip pint. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a modest white head that lingers throughout. Nose is all perfumey hops and wet cedar with some caramel malt as well. Taste is quite similar with a bit of fruit: plum, peach and apple stand out. Finish is woody and dry with a hint of white pepper. The cedar flavor is very obvious is taste and aroma. Very unique IPA.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle from el corte ingles mallorca. clear dark orange, large smooth fine offwhite head. aroma of stale hops, sweet flowery hops and lots of malts. there is a bitter note that just might be from the cedar cellaring. Flavor is very pleasing, a malty brew with sweet flowery notes, quite full and complex, but too sweet for me.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Orange amber colour, with a head that fades soon, leaving some lace. Smell of wood, strong alcohol (I guess it’s the barrels used to brew sake that you read in the description. Caramels, malt, spices. Medium body, sticky palate and rough in your throat. Taste of caramel, malts alcohol, some hot spice (something like chili). Far better than I expected.
