Light bodied, light carbonation, modest bitterness. A decent session pale ale, goes down very well on a hot day.

citrus, grass, floral, orange, cloudy, white foam, light sweetness, salty, medium body, astringent. Very fruity in smell, reminiscent of blackberries. Sweet on the tongue, but the initially pleasant aftertaste lingers a bit too long for my tastes. Overall deliciously sweet.

330ml bottle from Seijo Ishi in Shinjuku station.Poured into a shaker pint. Hazy rich toffee amber color with a small eggshell white head. Nice caramel, toffee, malty, biscuit aromas with a slight hint of fruit on the nose. Medium body with a balanced mouthfeel. Malt jumps out like a British pale ale. A little sweetness and then a dry bitter finish. Solid beer.

330ml bottle from Kaubamaja in Tallinn. Hazy amber colour, small frothy mostly lasting off-white head, fair lacing. Moderately malty aroma of toast, caramel and hay with moderate earthy and resiny hops and some fruity yeast esthers. A fairly tasty very English-style ale.
