COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dose of fresh ginger roots added to the brewkettle creates an intriguing mix of ginger, malt-sweetness , and citruslike aromas and flavors Hoppy dryness is very subdued with ginger-sweet-spicey notes dominating throughout to the very finish.

330 ml bottle from LCBO, served almost cold in a Scotch-Irish taster glass.

App.: Clear copper with a nice reddish-tan head. Aroma: Plenty of zesty, peppery, citrusy ginger backed by nice crunchy malts, definitely a ginger snap cookie in liquid form. Palate: Medium+ body, moderate effervescence with some sharpness. Flav.: Exactly like the nose – ginger snap all the way; somewhat sweet with a little bitterness, slightly metallic, with more ginger snap on the finish.

Very drinkable.

330 ml bottle from the LCBO. pours hazed deep orange. looks like a really good IPA. aroma of pale malt and ginger with slight citrus hops. the flavour starts with sweet cara malts, citrus hops come in then the ginger. the ginger adds a twist but IMO is just a touch over done. really nice beer, ill be getting more.

Aroma is roasted malt and spice, copper, pours a small tan head. Flavour has ginger, cinnamon, clove and malt, tastes like gingerbread. Medium bodied, very well balanced, spicy and tasty, fine spice burn. Terrific! LCBO brings in another fine beer. Keep it up!

Bottle, at Patricks. It’s an unclear, orange-golden beer with an off-white head. Ginger and generic spicyness in the aroma, malts in the back, but quite evident. The flavor is malty sweet and with a good dash of caramel, still it’s the ginger that runs the show. Some bitterness. Full body. The finish is sweet and spiced. A wonderful ginger beer, even though I think the ginger has to much to say here. 100213

Ruby beer, huge fluffy head. Clear ginger flavour in a rather soft ale, not overpowering. Hot aftertaste. Very pleasant, would be lovely with sushi or spicy food.

Bottle/11.2oz - Poured a darkish amber in color with a small very light tan head that hung around to produce some minor lacing on the glass. Aroma was slightly tart and faint of ginger and other spices. Flavor was an interesting mix of tartness, a small amount of ginger and flowery hops. Finish is slightly sour with a lingering mild bitterness, some mild ginger and some spiciness. Just OK... I was expecting more ginger flavor.

My friend Travis brought this one from out of state to the annual Memorial Day party. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy caramel-brown color with a huge orange-tan head that lingered. The aroma was strong candied ginger and ginger ale. The flavor was tangy and tart with spicy candied ginger and a touch of cinnamon. The finish was long, dry and spicy ginger. Medium body. Interesting.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. The smell is sweet tarts, ginger, malts, flowers, and spiced. The look is cloudy, golden in color, and has an off white head. The taste is lemonade, powdery, sweet, slight tartness.

Bottle 330ml. Great sweet beer. Aromas of ginger, burnt caramel, and some alcohol. Taste is sweet, with a touch of sourness, and bitter notes; it lasts long. Palate is creamy, and medium bodied. Amber, with a frothy white head.
