A dose of fresh ginger roots added to the brewkettle creates an intriguing mix of ginger, malt-sweetness , and citruslike aromas and flavors Hoppy dryness is very subdued with ginger-sweet-spicey notes dominating throughout to the very finish.

330ml bottle served in a pint glass. Pours a cloudy amber color forming a medium solid and creamy head with good retention and only few lacings left in the glass. Nose is sweet, fruity and grassy. Strong caramelish nose. Grapefruit. Flowery hops. Light spicy notes. Taste is sweet and biscuity. Strong notes of caramel and roasted malts. Grapefruit. Grassy hops. Hints of ginger. Moderate but persistent bitterness. Full creamy and molasses body. Medium carbonation. Persistent caramel in the aftertaste. Great drinkability. I was expecting more ginger but, at the same time, less quality. Proved me wrong. A winner.

Bottle from local Yamaya store. Nose of ginger, stewed dark fruit, tea, spice, and alc. fumes. Cloudy reddish/brown color. Ginger, jujube, toasty malt, caramel, and a spicy finish. Some decided alc. presence in mid palate. Thin-medium body. Pleasant, if a bit candyish.

Piwo bursztynowe, nieklarowne. Piana obfita, drobnopęcherzykowa, lepi szkło. Aromat słodki, owoce kandyzowane, kwiaty, pewna nieoczywiśta ziołowość i oczywiście imbir. W smaku goryczka średnia, kwiatowość, ziołowość. Imbir w posmaku. Wysycenie średnie. Zaskakująco fajna wersja imbiru. Pijalne. Bardzo fajne.

Poured from a bottle. Clear golden color, full frothy white head. Light sweet aroma. Medium body with a strong malt characteristic accented well with a minor ginger fusion followed by a medium finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dirty brown pour with no head. Ginger, malt, dirty aroma. Taste was sweet, malty, not much ginger until the end. Very messy flavours, the whole thing was a bit ordinary

Aroma has ginger, earthy and sweetness in it. Color is dark and amber. There is a bit too much sweetness in taste, ginger kind of disappears because of it. Full body, sticky, average carbonation, long finish. Overall drinkable but not my favorite. A little less sweetness and alcohol, and more hotness of ginger would be perfect.

Muddy brown color without foam. Malty and a little gingery note. The taste is lightly acidic, malty and gingery, but I wouldn’t call it especially pleasant. The aftertaste is okay.
