Medium head, a little ginger on the nose. Taste is ginger and some fruits. Water like palete. I like ginger ales allot, this was ok I guess.

Draft at Fermentation. Amber pour with frothy white head. Aroma of fresh sliced ginger, malt sweetness and herbs. Sweet caramel malts, snappy ginger, and piney bitterness. Nicely done.

Draft to taster at Dutch’s. Looks solid; a cloudy brownish-orange with off-white lacing. Smells of malt and light Ginger and citrus. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Forgettable.

Light beer with a great flavor. Not sure how they get so many flavors in one beer.

Pours a slightly hazy dark copper colour with a small off white head. Aroma is sweet malts, ginger, and medicinal. Flavour is sweet malts and a bit of a sweet ginger, mild bitterness and some alcohol that b lends well with the ginger. Creative beer all around.

Pours a clear amber color with a nice frothy off white head. Aroma of medicine, ginger, sweet malts and a hint grassy hops. Taste is ginger, sweet malts and a smooth bitterness from the hops and slight Ringling from the ginger/alcohol. Overall the high abv is masked really well and this is a great ginger beer.

Pours orange with scant head. Sweet but mild aroma with a hint of ginger. Some sour citrus notes and a gentle ginger finish. Interesting definitely.

The aroma was surprisingly a little weak to me but consisted of ginger (obviously), spices and hops. Pours a nice looking amber color with a permanent off-white head. The flavors were pretty good with a hoppy bitterness up front and a hit of ginger towards the end. A solid and definitely unique beer. Probably the only ginger beer I will ever try.

A - pours darker hazy amber. Has 1 finger high tight bubbled head. S - fake syrup, ginger, floral and herbal (marjoram) notes, very musty with hints of white grape juice. M - lightly sticky lighter body. Weak palate. Lingering light bitter end. T - ginger and very musty beer, notes of honey and flowers. Cloves and ginger. Floral and musty doughy malts. O - simple floral light wheaty musty beer. 5+

12oz bottle. Pours a cloudy copper with a half-finger head. Aroma of herbal ginger and toasty malt. Tastes a little sweet, with dry spicy ginger, and a hint of hops.
