COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Red Rice Ale was brewed with special red rice which had been cultured in ancient times in Japan. Please enjoy the complex taste and beautiful natural color. The ale has complex Sake like flavours with a hint of strawberry in the nose and palate.

Good beer, but has a slightly strong middle of rice (duh!). 8.5% ABV is not noticeable at all, and I never would have guessed.

Hazy amber color. Nice nutty aroma. Average body. Nice balance of maltiness, hoppiness, and acidity. Had some berry, caramel, and soft citrusy hops. Great with sushi.

12oz bottle in Seattle. Fruity, unusual malt palate. Fruity red body, fluffy white head. I’ll take the sake reference, but overall the body is a bit ruddy and unpleasant. Fruity ale.

Draft at Taps, Changkat. Hazy dark amber with a medium white head. Aroma of rice, grain, grassy notes, floral aspects, red berries and strawberry icecream. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light moderate carbonation.

0,33 bottle Pours hazy amber with a big head that quickly diminishes. Strong fruity and grassy aromas with rice being the most intense. A bit malty but overlapped by hops. Medium bodied and pretty sweet. On the palate it tastes like strawberries dipped in some liquor. A little unsubtle alcoholic/bitter aftertaste.

A little too carbonated but lathers well, and tastes not to different from a normal rice beer. The taste is largerly driven by its high alcohol content, saving it from being an average beer. Its ok, but underwhelming.

Pours a hazy amber red color, topped with a medium sized and lasting off-white head, creamy. Grainy nose, sweet tones with a bit of grassy hops more noticeable later on. Taste is sweet, malty quite a lot. Very grainy with gentle bitterness. Not bad, though nothing special.

Pours with an agressive, bubbling quite large head, which quikcly diminses. Strong malty aroma, topped with a lager-like hoppy aroma. Taste is very full, with a strong palate and a sweet sensation, which is overwhealmed by the carbonation. Slightly sour-hoppy finish.
