Good beer, but has a slightly strong middle of rice (duh!). 8.5% ABV is not noticeable at all, and I never would have guessed.

Flaska från East West Örebro. Grumlig bärnstenfärgad kropp med lätt vit skumkrona. Maltig doft av kokt ris. Frisk smak av ljus malt.

hazy dark ornge colour, minimal off-white head; aroma of honey and herbal notes, caramel and some berries; taste is dominated by unbalnced malty sweetness with honey and herbal notes; drinkable, but will not be my favourite

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2015 Its unusual persistent foam introduces the full aroma and aftertaste: red roses, flowers, red rice. The body is balanced and unusual for a rice beer. The bitterness is quite low to increase the perception of the rice aroma. The color is ruby and perfectly bright. Very interesting!

Bottle. Pours slightly dark amber with suspended particles inside, small white foamy head, grassy aroma, low carbonation, it really tastes like rice wine with an abrupt tart finish. It’s a strange beer, but not bad.

Pinkish with a violent white head, an aroma that smacked of hickory and bacon when I sampled it. An odd fish, to be sure. This translated to the flavour that had plenty of woody hickory smoke and artificial bacon flavour with twinges of subtle bitterness. I have to be candid and say I am not the greatest fan, but I will come back and give this another go, to be sure.

Bottle. Hazy orange-amber with a pink hue. Strawberry and grain aromas, sweet with a bit of tartness. Flavour is sweet berries with a very slight tartness, some grain notes. This is really quite nice, wish I could have tried this a bit fresher.

Amber, low carbonation, rice, fruity, sweet, spicy aroma and flavor. Like a witbier but with rice. It has an unique flavor, a good one, definitively.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber body under a small fizzy off-white head. The nose is sweetly malty with a light vegetal note. The flavor is caramel malt with just a light hop bitterness on the back end. There’s an interesting flavor in here that must be from the rice, but can’t say that I would have guessed that. Light to medium bodied with just a little clinginess and soft carbonation. Interesting beer.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl à la brasserie, couleur rubis, mousse et effervescence moyenne, bière assez sucrée sur l’attaque un peu trop forte même sur le sucre grosse deuxième bouche sur la datte et la prune.
