THOUGHTS: Complex, but in a fairly subtle way. I guess what I’m trying to say is that it had a lot of complexity for a beer that was full of lighter flavors that aren’t necessarily all that complex. Hid alcohol fairly well among such light flavors. I was surprised that it was quite sour. Great balance with sweetness, sourness and acidity. But complex doesn’t always mean great. TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a hazy, orangey gold with an average, off-white head that mostly diminished and left good lacing. The aroma had light cereal; moderate fruity, dusty and musty yeast; pear; peach, pineapple; a little flora; lemon; lemon rind; apricot, and slightly sour fruit. The initial flavor was lightly sweet, sour and acidic, and slightly bitter; while the finish was lightly sweet and bitter, and moderately sour and acidic with a surprisingly long duration for all the the light flavors. There was light fruits, light citrus, pear, peach, green grape, lemon, apricot, maybe a little pineapple, a little citrus rind, pineapple near the edge where it is bitter; yeast; sour fruit; a little honey; and duty and musty yeast. The light to medium and dry body was made to feel even lighter by fizzy carbonation and a dry and slightly alcoholic finish.

Pours a hazy golden orange from the bottle with nice cap of white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is soy, rice, nuts, caramel, and odd maltiness. Taste follows, hint of saltiness. Meh, not that great for the price.

Bottle from Melbourne Street Fine Wine Cellars. A type of skunky aroma. Light sweet and sour taste. Not as enjoyable as i thought it would be.

Bottle. Very ripe pruney aroma. Boozy pruney taste - like stouts but much more bright. Interesting but not a repeat.

Hazy amber. Whitish head. Aroma of rice, toast, and berry. Tastes a little sweet, a little spiced, and a little bitter. Light-medium bodied and fairly heavily carbonated.

Bottle. Orange and lively upon opening. Fruity with a medium body. Despite the lively opening carbonation is pretty low.. Unusual fruity favour and left some sediment. Quite liked this one.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy reddish amber color with a small off-white head on it. Nose is really odd, as I get some sour fruits and feta cheese; wife said she got straight rice wine vinegar. Taste was also slightly sour, and had some rice and grain taste in there. Aftertaste was a bit cloying. Not pleasant.
