I was quite impressed with this. I It has a red amber tone with a medium head. It’s just different and worth the try.

Bottle at home shared with no one. Sweet azuki rice flavour with a hint of saltiness. Lightly hopped in a well balanced way. Its quite unique this one. Oh i collect beer labels. This Hitachino labels are impossible to peel off. If anyone knows how to successfully take this damn things off, please let me know. Ta :)

Bottle. White head dissipates quickly. Opaque red color. Fruity aroma. Saki-like flavor with almost a raspberry flavor. Very dry finish with rice and slight alcohol. Unique to say the least.

"wasn’t expecting THAT color :) unique brew, but not one that particularly interested me after all was said and done. tastes like a sake/beer hybrid, and sake is ok, but not something i drink hardly ever. nice light prickly feel, with rice and light sweet fruit."

Bottled at East West Örebro. Copper beer, a bit hazy with a small white head. Boiled vegetables aroma with some hoppy notes. Similar flavour.

Bottle@Jano. Opaque amber color, thick white head. Fairly sweet, malty flavor with hints of ginger and sake. Creamy mouthfeel. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Slightly too heavy on the alcohol.

Marduk (2749) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 9, 2014
330ml bottle. Clear red amber color. Small size, white head, disappears. Pure farty green shit in aroma. Sort of softcore version of morning farts. Not good. Candy, sweet, I’m tempted to say bamboo, definitely something woody in taste. Sweet and sour, sake like finish. Covers alcohol very well. Nothing exciting, but not entirely dull. Roundy brew.

06-SEP-2014, bottle @home, present from Marlene, thx:-) Almost clear golden with low off-white head. Aroma is rice, fruit and caramel. Taste is rice, over ripe fruit and a red fruit thing that I guess is from rice. Sweet, ale-like caramel, a Little hoppy bitterness on the finish. "I don’t put rice int my beer", well it Works here but I will never be a huge fan.

Pours a hazy golden orange from the bottle with white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is soy, rice, nuts, caramel, and odd maltiness. Taste follows the same vein. It’s decent on it’s own, but a perfect match with Swedish Västerbotten-cheese. Who would’ve thought?
