Bottle. Pours a hazy, effervescent gold-orange with a high white head. Nose is tropical fruit -- papaya, mango -- with a fresh bread overtone. Sweet and fruity on the tongue, with a very mild clove/cardamom element. Good round mouthfeel, and very clean on the palate. Just a refreshing and enjoyable hefe.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours amber with a quickly fading.
Nose shows big banana notes but also sweet malt and spicy hops. Nice malt character, suggesting at honey.
Not as good flavours, very little in the way of typical wheat beer characters, mainly just honey and spicy hops.
Body feels a bit watery.

I’m not clever, or big. I’m a little pea. I like owls though. Pretty and deadly. Not like me either. We agreed tonight that we’d blow a stadium filling behemoth rock band off the stage. Not short on confidence are we?

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Clear and bright golden with minimal lacing. Some hay and citrus nose. Crisp and clean with banana, wheat and some caramel. A bit thin. Refreshing, but a bit anonymous in the world of Hefeweizen.
