[1pt 8.3floz bottle, courtesy of cgarvieuk] Hazy golden apricot beer, with aromas of nutmeg and some coriander. Wheaty, some yeast. Soft, carbonated palate with plenty of orange and coriander. Nutmeg at the end. Really nice stuff. Slightly peppery on the finish [13012012]

Pours slightly hazy, effervescent yellow with little head. Aroma of grass, mint and lemon. Taste is a little spicy and funky. Somewhat disappointing.

In bottle. Pours a blonde colour with a lacy white head. Aroma of nutmeg, mint, orange rind and yeast. Similar flavours, quite a lot of orange. Just a little soapy to finish. Moderate carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Very nice.

A wonderful Belgian witbier from Japan. Pours a hazy golden white, with a lacy head. Coriander very prominent, with orange citrus, nutmeg all very apparent. Crisp and refreshing, a very consistent and drinkable beer,

This beer has a very satisfying taste. There are small hints of what I think is corriander. It has a very smooth body and finshes well. It has an almost undetectable aroma but taste is what is most important to me. My all time favorite beer.

Bottle served in a flare pilsner. Pours clear pale gold with a medium sized head. Decent retention. Aroma is dry with lightly spice and pepper. Classic wit. Light sweet flavor with hints of orange. Light body, soft attack, smooth-oily texture, and long oily-yeasty finish. Would like to try this on draft. Easy drinking.

On tap at Milltown, Carrboro. Handsome, cloudy straw gold pour with a medium creamy head. Sumptuous nose of lemon rind, brett, and pepper. Full and lively mouthfeel, lightly spicy palate. Taste is pretty rad, full and bright and funky like Leelanau. Very good.
