3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Lunar Brewing Co. as a 12oz. serving, dispensed to a Czech-pils glass, showing a hazed, light orangey gold/straw color, with a frothy layer of white head foam, and wavy spray to the lacing. The nose was light yeast, grass & greenery, ripened fruit, and light lemon & peach. Light bodied, and a little watery textured, light spice as coriander was more noticeable in the taste, along with light carbonation that offered a little spritz to the tongue, and a touch of silkiness to the mouthfeel. Not bad, light & refreshing, but pricey.

0,33L bottle, BB 04.2015. Pours hazy straw with white head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, wheat, spices, flowers, and perfumy. Flavor is sweet, wheat, spices, citrus, orange, coriander, and soapy. Finish is orange and bitter. Overall: very nice juicy wit.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pale yellow pour with a fizzy white head that left no lacing. Aroma had a big blast of wheat right off the bat with subtle spice notes after. Tastes really light and refreshing, spices, coriander, wheat, etc. Not getting any malt notes which is perfectly fine!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A- Baby powder, coriander, orange, spices.
A- Golden orange color, slightly hazy liquid, minimal white head.
T- Strong notes of coriander and nutmeg, slight orange, wheat.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish.
O- Not your usual Belgian Wit. A ton of spices, especially the nutmeg and coriander. I’m not sure how much age was on this bottle, but I don’t think it was too fresh, hence the lack of citrus notes and more of the spices. An odd aroma of baby powder when really wasn’t too bad. Not my favorite Belgian White but a worthwhile beer at the least.

2.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Smells like sour Sapporo. Tastes like oak and vanilla. A little sour. Strange. I'm not sure what style of beer this is trying to be. Unique and weird. Strong nose.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a nice looking hazy/cloudy yellow to orange color with a fairly decent one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. The lacing was there and slid right on into the body.
The smell had some decent Belgian styled spices with a light coriander, nutmeg, and orange peel.
The taste ends up being somewhat sweet and spicy with a nice lightness running all around.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it.
Overall, not a bad witbier, its just a tad above average to me and worthy of having again.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours with a thick, velvety head two fingers deep. Pale white-yellow with some filaments. Smells spicy. First impressions are orange juice and strong yeast flavors. Subtle nutmeg and herbal notes. Decent body; very smooth (almost flat) on the finish. Interesting.
