The aroma doesn't have as much citrus as a white ale should and the color is more of a pale ale than a white, probably due to bottle conditioning. There are some citrus notes in the palate and they do linger for a while. Overall I would say that this beer doesn't really fit the white ale style as much as I would call it a pale ale with a hint of citrus, although still a decent beer. -- rated via 'Find A Beer' for Blackberry 10

750mL bottle poured into a hefeweizen glass. The aroma is a clear lemon, pepper, coriander, and wheat. After a little while, some orange juice and citrus peel comes through. It pours a slightly hazy, dull, pale yellow-white color - kinda like a champagne color. This is topped by a bit, soft, puffy white head. A cream puff remains and leaves light, puff-ball lacing around the glass. It’s a medium high sweet beer with a light bitterness. The beer’s texture is watery with a relatively flat carbonation (considering the beer’s appearance). The medium body finishes peppery and dry with a lemon and orange peel touch. A light, spicy, doughy aftertaste lingers.

Pours cloudy light amber with thin white foam into the glass. Aroma of coriander, citrus and malt. Taste is medium sweet and ends up with a good bitterness, realy well balanced, but lacks a little punch to it through the whole register.
