Aroma of vanilla and coriander. Color is yellow/gold with a two-finger foam. Very nicely blended flavors of biscuit, coriander, orange and wheat. Lingering sugary caramel on the finish. Overall, this is a delicious and full flavored brew from Japan. Well done!

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy light yellow with short lasting fizzy white head. Lemon, some nutmeg, coriander, olive oil, flowers, quite some wheat too. Loads of spices with some dusty wheat and citrus basically. Medium bitter and sweet. Medium bodied with a bit watery feel. Like a bad gin and tonic, way too much nutmeg too. Not my thing.

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Hazy pale golden, quick dying head. Dusty malts, dusty lemon, dusty coriander, nutmeg, dusty vegetal notes. Light sweet, little more bitter. Under medium body, low carbonation. Meh.

Bottle at home. Light hazy, pale, white head. Cerals, wheat, zesty lemon, peach, mango, pineapple. Peachy taste, apricot, lichee, hint of nutmeg, pineapple. Sweet, but leaves a clean palate. Gentle bitterish ending.

Nice! It has more body and a somewhat fuller flavor than a Belgian white. Flavor has malts, yeast and some funkiness. The coriander and orange peel have a clear presence as well.

May ’16. A 0.33 l bottle that poured a pale yellow body with smaller head. Fine orange peel and herbal aroma along with some coriander and chalk (wheat). Flavor was neutral, between sweet, sour and bitter. Lemon, honey, tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), coriander, sweetish towards the end. Some vegetable off notes, too. Thinner in body, but not extremely, like some other wits. Nice chalky finish. A decent wit, pleasant.
