Hazy, pale golden, white cream head. bubbly. spicy notes are strong, sweet smelling as well. sweet and spicy and full bodied. well balanced. quite a delicious ale!

Aug 17, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a white head. Spiced and belgian wit like wheat aroma. Mild orange fruity and citric too. Dense ginger soapy flavour, coriander sure - but there is a lot more to it, nutmeg too. Mild sweetness and light flowery wheat accent. Ends quite flowery - like eating a bouquet - a well - perhaps just a flower or two :) Different but not unpleasant.

Aug 4, 2008 Pint bottle from that wondrous beer haven: Knightly Spirits. Pours a tantalizing one-inch white head and a delicious aroma of sour yeast, zesty spice, and citrus. Flavors include less yeast, more citrus, coriander, apple, soap, and zests like cinnamon and allspice. Light/medium body and medium/full carbonation. Delicious and refreshing; I am very impressed by this Japanese brewery doing Belgian brews.

Aug 1, 2008 12oz bottle. hazy yellow pour. sweet aroma of yeast and ginger. citrus and spicy taste. a bit of tartness. crisp carbonation. I haven’t had a lot of other witbiers to compare it to, but it was refreshing and tasty. K-7
