Tap@ Valencia on Tap.

Bottle 33 cl from Bier-Bienne (CH). Orangy-brown veiled beer with an average pale ochre head. Aromas very malted, stewed fruits, jam, toffy, yeast and point of hops. The taste is soft, fruity and malty, apricot compote, apple, honey, sweet notes of Saké. Caramel, typed yeast and hoppy bitterness in finale.

Shared 11.2 oz. bottle poured to snifters, showing a hazed amber color, with a modest layer of off white head foam, and light lacing. The nose was a bit of light funk, earthiness, ripened, near dried pit fruit, and a touch of spice. Light bodied, with rather low carbonation, and a somewhat thinned texture, the taste was similar, with the addition of light malt sweetness, and some cask warmth. Sorry Dave, okay, but not overly impressed.

Poured into tulip a cloudy light brown with minimal head, aroma is amazing, it’s yeasty Belgium for sure but amazingly sweet and fruity. Can’t quite place all the notes here but it’s great. Taste is sweet and fruit filled, bright and crisp. I get sugar, melon, yeast, malts, grains. A little boozey but hidden well enough for a 8%er. Slightly viscous Mouthfeel. Great beer and I wish I got more than a single.

Bottle from Beltramo’s in Menlo Park, CA. Aroma is sweet malts, honey, very fresh bread, light fruity notes. Taste is clean, crisp and bitter all at once. Malty, lightly fruited, boozy (but a pleasant booziness). Really loved this beer.

Sure. Brown color with off white head. Aroma is slightly oxidized, bread, toast, and earthy. Taste is dry and drinkable with a touch of bitterness and bready sweetness that is restrained. A lot better then i had thought it would be.
