Pour is hazy dark amber with a good, durable, creamy head, vg lacing Sake barrel treatment comes out clearly about mid-taste, and is also present in the aroma. Aroma has decent complexity, as does the flavor, which has both bready and fruity notes too. Medium-full body; medium+ carbonation; smooth. O interesting Japanese beer.

Inte deras absolut bästa öl men klart godkänd. Hade gärna velat prova den igen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours slightly hazy deep copper. Aroma is sweet, malty, floral. Flavour is similarly floral, lots of malt, a little tropical fruit hiding in there, and a decent bitter finish to balance the sweetness. Quite boozy. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Very nice.

Bouteille 33cl. Toute petite carbonation. Une bière délicate et délicieuse. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Another incredible beer from Hitachino bookies an absolutely beautiful golden red with a white head. Smells of rice, sake and a bit of peach. Taste starts creamy, with some maltiness, and some red bean. What is most interesting is the finish, and an aftertaste like nothing we've tasted before. A mix of a sweet rice treat with red bean paste and peach cobbler. Not quite as refined as their celebration ale, but great tasting none-the-less. Had on tap at Long Grain in Camden, Maine.
