From bottle. Ok beer to wet your mouth. I love the slogan on the bottle. "A delicious idea" Yeah an idea.

Pale gold with a small head. Faint sweetish aroma. Thin taste with a bit of malt and less bitterness. Much like lots of other lagers.

Bart (2915) - Brussels, BELGIUM - SEP 20, 2012
Golden coloured beer with medium to light carbonation and a small to non-existing white head. Sweet pilsener malty hinted aroma. Medium palate. Finish is sweet malty grainy and almost unpleasant with a metallic background. Very medium.

A musty and muolder lemon aroma. In the flavor you find little more bitterness than in Hite Beer but the taste is overall very light bodied and rather flat. Would probably taste "better" if you’re on the beach on a sunny day.

The unpleasant after taste has to be mentioned. It's palate is more solid than other competing Korean beers. However, I found on tap in Korea, the after taste was missing (but they also carbonated it one octave higher). There is a thing to be said about freshness. And I won't knock the ratings give to Korean beers outside of Korea, but Hite in Korea definitely tastes better that outside of Korea. (I've sat down to a hite prime in L.A. and it tasted like MiesterBrau) Is it going skunk during travel? Most likely yes. It's basically at US Budweiser levels (American Standard in all ways). I have to agree with "Brian" from Ontario, Korea is not getting 'noticable' beer out on the market. But, unfortunately in Asia, this is a truism (lived in asia -all over asia- since 94'). They just can't compete with the European imports.

Tap (warawara, suwon) Bland aroma. Sharp acidic watery palate. Fizzy. Bland. Eugh!

Very quickly disappearing head. Rather light, somewhat stale and sweet aroma with corn and cardboard. Flavour has corn, sweetish malt, some hops and hints of butter. Typical and harmless pale lager.

50cl bottle. At least all mass produced pale lagers deliver them same sub-standard qualities no matter what their country of origin. Add it to the pile.
