colour is pale yellow, but a fraction darker than the other pale lagers in korea. smell is corny, a tiny hint of alcohol. taste is slightly hoppy, corny-end is astringent from over carbonation. palate is too carbonated. when faced with hite or cass i choose this... not a big difference though. of anything the palate is most irritating with these korean macro lagers as ive never had beers so aggressively and unpleasantly carbonated.

Bottle at Korean BBQ place, Beijing
light moderately full body, slight bitterness, low carbonation, easy drinking, gentle malt character, inoffensive.

500ml bottle at a pretty awesome Korean restaurant in the DC ’burbs. Medium gold pour with a frothy white head. Pretty neutral bready nose. Plenty of cereal sweetness, some apple. Similar flavor. Doesn’t have the tinny, thin flavor I’d expect from a cheap pale lager. Actually pretty drinkable. Light body, active carbonation. Overall, all things considered, this was actually pretty good.

Can sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks kerenmk. As "Max". Pours yellow with a nice head, aroma is sourish, grainy and sweet, flavor is bitter and lagerish with sweetness and metallic notes, light bodied.

Can shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Guy! Clear and golden with white ring. Sweet, catty aroma, sweet and a little pissy taste. Light body, fizzy, sweet finish.

At a tasting, thanks kerenmk, clear light gold colour, aroma of cardboard and honey, flavour of wet wool with some fruitiness, light bitterness. Not offensive but pretty mediocre.

Classic industrial pale lager... Aromas are cereal, grains, grass and malts. Nothing special but better than most of them.

Can. Pale orange with a loose white head that doesn’t hang around. Odd aroma of lemon, apple, bread, cooked corn, glue. Sweet and grainy with apples, some metal, lemony cleaner. Dryish, slightly astringent finish with very little bitterness. Well into unpleasant territory.

Found this beer in a bottle in a random American burger joint in Seoul. Great refreshing beer for lunch on a very hot and humid day, though it has everything you’d expect (and probably not like) in a pale lager. Meh.
