3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Butekja 500ml. Ciemby kolor mahoniowy z rubinowym refleksem. Piana palona mala szybko zanika. W zapachu palone slody kawa karmel lecz bardzo umiarkowane. Wodniste. W smaku palone slody lekka ziarnistosc karmel kawa. Trudno orzec czy to niedorobiony porter czy przepalone i za slodkie bitter.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear dark red beer with an off-white head and a malty fruit aroma. Flavour follows the same pattern. Sharp on the tongue with fruit (maybe apple with some berry-type flavours) and a bit of hearty malt. Aftertaste is a touch watery but it’s thoroughly drinkiable.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle shared by Theydon_Bois in our hotel room over RBWG. Thanks, Cloin, for making our dude-infested love nest a little more special! This beer is from a town called Cleobury Mortimer, which is fucking hilarious to me. Pours a cloudy reddish orange with a medium off-white head that settles into a ring while lacing the glass. Toasted malts, with leaves, muddled fruits, and dry grains. Light-medium bodied, with medium-high carbonation and a malty, bland mouthfeel.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500ml bottle. 2001 vintage (!). Pours hazy dark brown, minimal head. Not as much cobwebs as expected. Some fruitcake. Light toffee. Not sure this has benefited from 14 years in a cellar.
