Feb 5, 2008 Bottle, 5.1%. Sweet ripe banana aroma. Hazy brown colour. Big stable tan head. The flavour has some banana and a slightly roasted sourness with a citric finish. A little sweeter and milder than a Hefe Hell. The finish is slightly rough, otherwise an OK beer.

Jan 6, 2008 Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a huge tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat and caramel, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thaks Papsoe for this beer.

A pleasant Dunkelweizen.............
